Don't skip meals - it can mess with your metabolism and lead to overeating later on.
Now, some of you may be thinking "But what eating foods like pizza and other treats?" Trust me, I haven't forgotten about those beloved foods. In fact, I firmly believe that a healthy diet includes indulging in your favourite treats in moderation. Life is too short to deprive yourself of the foods you love!
