Initial Consultation: A 60 minute consultation is key to understanding your health, lifestyle, and dietary habits. We assess your medical history, preferences and goals to set achievable targets.
Personalised Nutrition Report: you'll receive a comprehensive report that includes your meal plan and dietary recommendations catered to your preferences and health requirements.
Follow Up: within a week you'll receive a call to go through the report and ensure any questions you have are answered.
Fortnightly Follow Ups: these are scheduled every week in the first month, and then fortnightly thereafter. It gives you a chance to address any concerns, make necessary adjustments and celebrate successes.
